Overseas Operational Support Manager
We are looking for an experienced member of the In2action team to take on the Operational Support Manager role in the TUI side of our operations. This role will be UK based and will involve visiting resorts to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality and very best customer experiences are being delivered by the In2action teams within the Holiday Villages.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the resort programming, carrying out resort audits, as well as assisting with the management of the Action Team Safety Managers.
Candidates should have proven experience in leading and managing a high performing team and achieving targets and results. They must also have excellent operational and product knowledge as well ad proven communication skills.
